“Ask the Bishop” Session One Questions

FTF:  When did you first become aware of God’s presence in your life?

Blog:  How has there been definitive revelation even as we grow in our understanding about God?

Theresa:  Did Jesus, when he was human, gain a new perspective or understanding of mankind?

Jim:  How does ‘sense of the faithful’ (sensus fidei) apply to issues of our day to bringing the Church into the modern world?

Gary:  In the context of the chapter “Bringing about the Obedience of Faith” what experiences in your family life especially helped to form you?

Jean:  When does a baby have a soul and what happens if they die before birth?

Sue:  Were Adam and Eve symbolic of all mankind or real people?  How do we know which literary form to use to understand the Bible from a Catholic perspective?
